Booking-first or walk-in-first?

What the desk does

Admit in one tap: Pick the package and the child's timer starts. Returning families come up when you search.
A live timer for every child: The floor screen shows who is inside and the time left. At time-up, the desk hears a chime.
Extra time, priced the same every shift: Tap extend. The bill uses your own extra-time price.
Add-ons on one bill: Socks, snacks and drinks go on the same bill as the play time.

What PlayOps does not do

It does not work offline — parent WhatsApp alerts and live reports need internet.
It is not a full accounting or tax-filing package; it produces the sales record, not the return.
It does not sell or lease play equipment, and it is not a booking marketplace for parents.
It is not a childcare, daycare or preschool attendance system.
It does not process payments itself — the center keeps its own payment arrangement and records how the parent paid.
