How do we get set up?
Message us on WhatsApp with your center's name, city and rate card — a photo of the price board is enough. We set up your floor with you in about 15 minutes, in your own currency, at yourbrand.playops.in. The first month is free, no card.
What does it cost?
Every new center starts with one month of the full Growth plan, free — no card. After that you pick a plan: Starter at $49/month or Growth at $69/month. Paying yearly gets about 2 months free ($490 or $690 a year). Chains and special setups get a Custom plan, quoted for you.
Which countries and currencies does it work in?
Any country. PlayOps runs in a web browser, shows your prices in your own currency, and runs the floor on your local time. Checkout records how the parent paid — card, cash, mobile money or a split.
How are centers outside India billed?
We invoice you directly in US dollars, monthly or yearly. Nothing is charged automatically, and there is no card to enter to start.
Can we run more than one center?
Yes. Each center runs as its own PlayOps venue, with its own login, rates and reports. On the Custom plan we set each one up for you. There is no single combined view across centers yet.
What happens when the free month ends?
Nothing is deleted and nothing is charged automatically. We ask you to pick a plan — Starter or Growth. While you decide, the floor keeps working on a reduced set, because we are not going to switch your counter off in the middle of a Saturday.
Do we keep our hardware?
Yes. PlayOps runs in Chrome on whatever tablet, phone or PC you have at the counter. Your wristbands, printers and card machine stay the same.
Does it work offline?
No — PlayOps needs internet for parent WhatsApp alerts and real-time owner reports. If that would change a yes to a no for you, tell us on WhatsApp.
Can our existing memberships migrate?
Yes. Send a CSV (member name, phone, sessions remaining, expiry) and we import it on day one. Auto-deduct kicks in from the next admit.
Can we use it for sales tax, VAT and accounts?
It gives you the sales record, not the return. Every checkout is logged with the payment method, and the whole month exports as CSV for your accountant. PlayOps does not file VAT or sales tax and is not an accounting package — your own tax-invoice system stays in place.
Does PlayOps take the payment?
No. The parent pays you the way they always have — your own card machine, cash or mobile money. PlayOps records how they paid, so the day's total matches what is actually in the drawer.
Is this a daycare or preschool system?
No. PlayOps is built for pay-and-play floors — hourly sessions, passes, birthday parties. If you need attendance registers, fee cycles and staff rosters for a daycare, this is the wrong tool and we will say so.
